Project Brief

KeRi designed an upgrade of the existing HVAC systems and associated controls, including the upgrade of two air-handling units and the associated distribution system to resolve heating and cooling issues.

The Challenge

Persistent heating and cooling complaints traced back to aging air handlers and distribution serving a high-traffic student center.

Our Solution

KeRi upgraded two AHUs and the air distribution system with new controls, resolving the comfort issues.
