Project Brief
KeRi delivered full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for a new restaurant space, including kitchen and bar areas. The HVAC design featured a high-efficiency packaged rooftop unit with independent temperature controls for optimal comfort and flexibility, with new ductwork distribution and terminal diffusers for balanced airflow. The plumbing scope included complete hot and cold water, sanitary waste, venting, and natural gas systems to support both kitchen and bar operations. The electrical design encompassed a new power distribution system serving equipment and general receptacles, plus energy-efficient lighting with integrated controls for ambiance and energy management.

The Challenge
