KeRi’s Principal-in-Charge and Founder, Mr. Mitul Patel, has 21 years of experience. He is a Mechanical Engineering Bachelors of Sciences graduate of The State University of New York at Buffalo and has since obtained his Masters of Sciences in Engineering from M.S. University. A certified LEED AP Professional Engineer, Mr. Patel manages projects while supervising several teams of our engineers and designers.
SIVA RAJULA CEM
Senior Associate
Mr. Rajula has 14 years of experience in Engineering, having earned both a B.S. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur in India as well as an M.S. in Energy Management from The New York Institute of Technology. Certified in HVAC design, Mr. Rajula is also a member of ASHRAE, the ASPE, the NFPA, and the USGBC.

Mr. Patel has designed various types of systems in his 8 year engineering career. A Bachelors of Sciences graduate of Rutgers University, he is involved with the day-to-day design of Mechanical and Plumbing Systems. He performs plumbing load calculations, and assists senior
engineer in design of plumbing and fire protection systems to meet local code. His 8 years of experience includes projects for various market sectors.
KISHORE PADIGIREDDY
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Padigireddy is responsible for designing Electrical Systems. He has 8 years of experience with the design and specification of Electrical telecommunication services including Lighting, Power,Intrusion Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm systems, and Security Systems. He works closely with Architects, Mechanical, and Plumbing Engineers to coordinate electrical requirements for other trades.

Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Babaria has more than 13 years of professional experience in designing HVAC Systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems. His focus is the design of various types of complex plumbing systems including process gases and process waste. He also has experience with design of fire protection systems including automatic wet systems, dry systems, and alternative fire suppression systems.
MOHAMMED SAHIL ASIF
Assistant Project Manager
Mr. Asif has 6 years of experience. He is involved with the day-to-day design of the Mechanical Systems for diverse types of projects. He performs heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection based on project requirements, prepares design documents, prepares specifications, and coordinates design with other trades.
