We have experience in the design of different types of cultural institutions. We understand that such buildings are not operated by in-house engineers and need systems that are simple and not as costly to maintain. Cultural spaces have their own sets of design challenges, such as higher occupancy levels and ventilation rates, as well as higher levels of humidity due to high occupancy levels. The lighting layouts for these spaces are often non-traditional and need special attention.
