KeRi provided comprehensive design services for the renovation of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Fire Alarm systems as part of KPMG's interior fit-out project. The mechanical scope included a new heat-pump system with integrated Building Management System (BMS) controls to optimize terminal heating and cooling. The electrical design encompassed new power distribution, additional receptacles to support updated equipment layouts, and advanced lighting controls for energy efficiency and occupant comfort. The plumbing design was coordinated to support the revised interior layout, while the fire alarm system was upgraded to meet current code and ensure occupant safety.
