KeRi provided HVAC and controls upgrades across multiple Bernards Township facilities. The Municipal Building received a new high-efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system replacing the existing two-pipe fan-coil system, with new direct digital controls operating all units from a central workstation. The Library HVAC upgrade incorporated acoustical considerations and dehumidification to preserve books and artifacts, and the Police Headquarters HVAC system was upgraded to resolve temperature and humidity control issues.

The Challenge

A municipal building, a library with books and artifacts to protect, and a police headquarters each had distinct comfort and humidity demands under one township program.

Our Solution

KeRi gave the Municipal Building a high-efficiency VRF system with central DDC, designed the Library upgrade with acoustic and dehumidification considerations to protect collections, and resolved the Police HQ temperature and humidity issues.
