Projects consisted of a providing an optional stand-by system for several apartment buildings at sites measuring a combined 264,000 sf. New natural gas generators were installed at the sites, including all-new exterior electrical distribution equipment with transfer switches to deliver the optional stand-by power to each apartment. The existing gas services were upgraded, which included gas boosters and new gas piping for the generators.
