HVAC upgrades – Gut renovation of the residential hall to house 224 students in Kroner Hall, 45 students in Lake House, and 45 students in Delta Phi Epsilon. Design included new PTAC cooling system, upgrade heating system, new exhaust, new plumbing, new electrical system, and upgrade of fi re protection and fi re alarm systems.
