The project involved complete renovation of 36 toilet rooms and 3 new toilet rooms across 8 floors at the NJ Justice Complex in Trenton. Modified sprinkler layout based on the renovated and new toilet room layouts. All the plumbing fixtures were replaced by new water saving type fixtures with hardwired flushometers. Designed and provided leak detection system for the toilet rooms. Designed the HVAC system for renovation of toilet rooms and modified HVAC systems to provide exhaust to new toilet rooms. Provided new lighting system and controls with associated occupancy sensors for the renovated and new toilet rooms. Modified electrical circuiting based on the new and renovated toilet rooms.
