Design new 80,000 sq ft primary school. Building is four stories tall with mechanical penthouse on roof. Design included new HVAC system with variable volume AHUs, 210Ton packaged chillers, 5 million BTU, hot water condensing boilers, pumps, H&V Units and terminal distribution. Electrical design included new 4000amps, 480V/3ph service. Plumbing design includes new plumbing systems, new energy efficient heatpump water heater, cooking kitchen with kitchen hoods, grease interceptors. Fire Protection design includes full automatic wet sprinkler system, new fire pump and associated piping distribution.
