Passaic Towers
Design involved removal of existing old 800-Ton chiller along with associated cooling tower and the old, inefficient low-pressure fire tube steam boilers. Removed existing fan coil units, associated piping, and power. Developed options to replace existing system with new, high-efficiency VRF system and cost-effective PTAC system. Design also included upgrade of electrical system to convert from master metering to individual tenant metering.
