Projects involved performing Ashrae III audit of existing HVAC system and lighting system. Existing systems consist of (3) 750 Ton Chiller for operation Theater room, and lighting throughout the facility. Develop benchmarking studies, preformed utility use analysis, and perform calculations to evaluate ECMs based on payback analysis. Coordinate with local Utility company, PSE&G, for funding upgrades through utility rebate program.
