Heating Plant Upgrade / DDC Controls Upgrade Refurbish existing (2) 300 HP boilers with new Bio fuel (B20) burners, reuse existing boiler shell, replaces boiler controls and control panel per SCA standard, replace fuel oil transfer system and covert oil tank for bio fuel. Replace associated auxiliary equipment – Boiler feed system and vacuum condensate pumps. Replace existing old standalone DDC control system with new Niagara N4 HTML based supervisory building management system and new DDC controls with Network for all existing HVAC equipment.
