New 53,000 sq.ft. addition to an elementary school. Design MEP systems for classroom with various grades ranging from kindergarten to grade 4. New additional to the school also included new multipurpose space to used as a cafeteria, auditorium or gymnasium. Upgrade electrical and gas services and coordinate with utility company & site/civil for site work. Provide phasing plan for the electrical service upgrade to phase the demolition for existing service transformer. In addition, project also included complete renovation of 11,000 sq.ft. of the existing offices.
