Renovations to existing office building for an incoming tenant. Design new outpatient facility for physical and occupational therapy including exam rooms, x-ray rooms and patient rooms. Modify existing mechanical system with VAV boxes to serve the new tenant requirements. Provide new electrical and plumbing design to meet the new tenant requirements.
