Design new 200,000sf Nutraceuticals facility in existing warehouse shell building. Design included new 100,000sf of manufacturing, 15,000sf of office and employee amenity space. Design included new HVAC system, electrical service, compressed air system, and other utilities. Manufacturing space was designed with new FRP walls, epoxy flooring and high ceilings.
