Design new 100,000sf manufacturing facility to produce topical hormonal pharmaceutical drug. Design included new chillers, AC Units, boiler, new electrical service, electrical distribution to manufacturing equipment, compressed air and other process utilities to each equipment. Space design included epoxy floor finish, epoxy wall paint, and ceilings in existing warehouse shell.
