Design included flood monogamist and all new MEP infrastructure, new emergency generator, new 480V/3Ph/4W 2500amp electrical service, new natural gas service, new (2) 265 HP low-pressure steam boilers, new limited automatic wet sprinkler system, and new domestic hot water system.
