What We Engineered

MEP systems for the renovated restrooms:

• Upgraded plumbing fixtures, domestic water, and sanitary systems
• Ventilation and exhaust for the renovated restrooms
• New lighting and power

The Challenge

Renovating restrooms in an occupied middle school had to happen within tight summer and after-hours windows, working around aging plumbing risers and finishes that needed to tie cleanly back into the building's existing water and sanitary mains.

Our Solution

KeRi designed the upgraded fixtures, ventilation, lighting, and power to reuse sound portions of the existing infrastructure where possible, sequencing the work so restrooms returned to service quickly and the building stayed operational throughout construction.
