KeRi Engineering provided comprehensive MEP/FP engineering design services for the complete gut renovation of multiple student residential facilities, enhancing living accommodations for over 488 students across Kroner Hall (224), Lincoln Hall (174), Lake House (45), and Delta Phi Epsilon (45). Through a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach, KeRi delivered a future-ready design that modernizes campus housing while prioritizing performance, sustainability, and student experience.

MEP Engineering Scope

What We Engineered

MEP/FP systems for the residence-hall gut renovations:

• New Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning (PTAC) systems with heating infrastructure upgrades
• New mechanical ventilation and exhaust to meet current code and improve indoor air quality
• Fully replaced plumbing systems for new restroom and utility layouts
• New electrical distribution sized for modern loads

The Challenge
